Each morning, I pray for the special intentions you send me. It is my gift to you to support you and your loved ones. Please let me know for whom or what you are praying. 

High vibration is that centered, joyful state that we strive to live in. One way to raise your vibration is to take time for self care and reflection. So, I created an online book club that meets just four times a year. Each season, we discuss a book that is sure to expand our minds and generate good conversation.

The Spring title is Braiding Sweetgrass by Robin Wall Kimmerer. In this New York Times bestseller, Ms. Kimmerer draws on her life as an indigenous scientist, and as a woman, to show how other living beings―asters and goldenrod, strawberries and squash, salamanders, algae, and sweetgrass―offer us gifts and lessons, even if we've forgotten how to hear their voices.
