WHAT IS REIKI?
Reiki is an alternative therapy that can help promote a sense of wellbeing and balance. With roots in Japan, Reiki is based on the Eastern belief that life force energy flows through the body.
While traditional medicine treats the physical and emotional systems in our bodies, Reiki focuses on the body’s energetic system. This system is generally made up of seven energy centers — or chakras.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
The Sanskrit word "chakra" means circle or wheel. To feel balanced, your energy centers -- or chakras -- should be open and spinning freely and brightly. However, life's challenges can disrupt your energy flow -- stress, grief, unresolved feelings from your past etc.
During an Angel Reiki session, I temporarily tap into the energy of each chakra to assess how things are flowing. We discuss any areas that may need work. Then, healing energy is channelled to those chakras to help restore flow and promote balance and healing. I also share any angel guidance or messages I receive for you intuitively.
